During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the room. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby area and the parking facility was helpful for our car.

The cleanliness of the hotel was below par and our room was unclean with a dirty toilet and insufficient towels. we had paid for breakfast, but the hotel didn't offer the service.

Our New Year stay at this hotel was lovely! the staff were courteous and friendly, always ready to help. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to key tourist spots. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as a TV and a cozy bed. the Wi-Fi was also great, which was handy as we wanted to share our New Year fun with our friends and family online.

the bathroom was poorly maintained, as there were no hooks or bars for our towels and clothes.
